Matt Fortier started D&E Recruiting in order to provide companies with outstanding people.  Having previously worked as a recruiter for a firm specializing in providing career opportunities for military veterans, Matt decided to use his knowledge of recruiting to start D&E.  Matt enjoys learning about companies' hiring needs in order to execute a customized search for providing them with the best candidates.  D&E Recruiting is a contingency based firm providing candidates with permanent, direct-hire positions within the private sector.

Aside from working in the recruiting industry, Matt was an infantry officer in the US Army.  He holds a B.G.S. in Political Science from the University of Kansas.  Located in Austin, TX, D&E Recruiting works with companies and candidates all across the USA.
